Western Canada’s Largest, Longstanding Microsoft Gold Partner Encore Business Solutions Announces the Acquisition of BC Solution Provider Candlewest

Acquisition solidifies compelling differentiator by means of unprecedented stability, continuity and depth of offerings to current and future ERP and CRM customers.

Winnipeg, Manitoba – March 3, 2014 - Continuing its strategy of delivering thought leadership and exemplary customer service to enterprise resource planning (ERP) and CRM customers, Encore Business Solutions (Encore) has acquired Canadian BC based Microsoft Dynamics and SYSPRO partner Candlewest Systems (Candlewest).  Encore, an established and reputable Microsoft Dynamics Gold partner and Inner Circle member, remains focused on serving the current and emerging requirements of customers by delivering  technology and business strategy guidance.

Within the terms of the agreement all services previously endorsed under the Candlewest name will now be marketed and promoted under the Encore brand. The acquisition includes one office in Burnaby, BC, employees who currently sell and service Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, CRM and SYSPRO ERP as well as the entire customer base of Candlewest.

The acquisition fortifies Encore’s position as a market leader to a broader set of mid-market to enterprise level Canadian firms seeking to exploit their strengths and build new competitive advantages. The new combined customer base and future clients stand to benefit from Encore’s wide range of services and depth of experience in delivering measurable business improvements from the alignment of technology, business strategies, people and processes.

The new combined entity represents nearly 100 employees based out of 4 office locations in Western Canada as well as some strategically located across Canada and 600 ERP and CRM customers located throughout Canada.
